 How does it work?

We will create a design, or you can choose from one of our stock designs, for your group.  You pick the garments and colors you want your design to be printed on.  Then we will put it up for sale on our website.  A deadline will be set, and the order taking will begin.  Your group members can come and purchase directly through our secure group ordering checkout system.  Once the deadline has passed, we will quickly get to work processing the orders.  The turnaround time to receive your orders is usually 2 weeks from the closing date of your order.

Group members have the option, at checkout, to have their order shipped directly to them or pick up at our Nags Head location to save money on shipping costs.

Who can start an online group sale?

Anyone that is looking to place a group order for a team, group, or individual, who want to avoid the hassles of running their own sale.  Give us a call today to discuss our program options and to start the setup process.

Do our members or parents have to use a credit card to place an order online?

Yes, payments accepted are all major credit cards.  All orders are taken via the website.

How many items can be listed for a group sale at a time?

There is no limit to the items that can be listed for sale.  We recommend listing a maximum of 5 items at a time. Listing more than 5 items can overwhelm your members.

Will you send me a web link for our group sale?

Yes, each group sale listing will have it's own web link.  You can use this link to send to your members or parents, post it on social networking sites like Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter.

Once the deadline has passed, how quickly do orders arrive from our group sale?

Once the deadline has passed, we will order your goods, print them, individually pack them and ship them directly to the member or parent.  If you have an event, make sure to have your group sale end at least 14 days before your event to leaveenough time for your times to be printed and shipped.  Again, the entire process once sales have ended usually takes 2 weeks plus shipping time.

Do I have the option of picking up all items without having them shipped individually?

Yes, you can make that choice before we list your items.  Items will be bulk folded.  Members must choose "Pick Up" option during check out so shipping charges will not be applied to their payment.
